Lift is the “ultimate goal platform” and one of the most useful apps on iPhone and Android. Are you trying to get in shape, drink more water, or develop a meditation habit? What about get more sleep, floss everyday, or work your way up to 100 consecutive pushups? Lift has you covered.
I’ve used it for over a year now. It has been invaluable in helping me adopt a daily writing habit.
